CoupleCents is an open-source personal finance application operated by Eugenio Garcia ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility

3. Open-Source Nature

CoupleCents is open-source software provided "as is" under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to review, modify, and self-host the code according to the license terms.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Service interruptions from third parties

You are responsible for reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any integrated services.

9. User-Generated Data

You retain all ownership and rights to any data you input into CoupleCents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your data to provide the Service
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Service

We do not sell your personal or financial data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
